BAMBI Print Autographed by Walt Disney

Walt Disney has personally autographed this dye-transfer print of 1942's BAMBI.  Walt kept conte crayons at his desk, and would sign pieces like this picking a complimentary color- in this case green to match the forest scene.  If in excellent condition, an autographed piece of art from a classic like BAMBI would be $3,500-$4,000.  But because of the condition, it's $2295.  This piece has been nicely framed with a brown border matte covering up problems (click the photo below to see it before the brown matte was added).  A tear affects the signature, in addition to a crease extending through the "W".  Several creases still show.  Matte shows overall handling.  Print itself shows some scratches.  Backed with foam core for stability.  But framed and matted it is still the most affordable authentic piece from a classic movie you're likely to see.  It's also nice that it is not inscribed (isn't dedicated "To Bob" etc.).  Includes my Lifetime Guarantee of Authenticity Certificate.  Item # 3194, $2295
