Rare Walt Disney Autographed Postcard! It's extremely rare to find this postcard autographed by Walt Disney! An oversize 7" x 5" postcard of Walt Disney and some of his most famous and most loved characters: Tinker Bell, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Pluto and Ludwig Von Drake. Normally this postcard would have been found on the postcard racks at Disneyland, but this one was personally autographed by Walt Disney and mailed from his Disney Studio office as evidenced by it's Burbank, CA postmark. Included is an email from the former owner: "This autograph was sent to my mother-in-law from Walt Disney in 1965. She sent a personal letter to Walt Disney and requested his autograph. In response, he sent this signed postcard to her..." Although the former owner recalls the date as 1965, the "Miracle of the White Stallions" movie was released in 1963, making 1963 the likely date of the autograph. "MARY POPPINS" would have been in production or pre-produciton just a few steps from Walt's office when this was signed. The postcard is in very fine condition.
